Not only wet, I happened to witness this tree, "dozing off" just beside my window. Felt dangerous.. What will happen if a car passby and this tree drop on it. What will happen if this tree fall onto my windows. haha...
The tree finally fell across the road, blocking the road between my block and another block. Cars unable to drive past. I called Town Council. Their service was rather fast, just 5mins after my call, they sent people over to move the tree aside.
