Updates after missing for 2weeks.

Updates..? Here's a brief one...

1.) Hubby, Kieron, Kayden and I had fever that lasted just a couple of days but dry cough for 2weeks, confirmed by doctor NOT swine flu. hahaha... =X

2.) I'm doing some handicraft work at home, after the boys go to bed at night. Daytime, supervising Kieron's writing skill and playing with them.. If my hp is working well or happens that I have a camera, i will take shots of Kieron's handwriting, he writes superb nice Chinese words.

3.) School is starting, and brother's friend be renting one of my rooms starting from July, I will be cooking for her as well.. A little excited.. hehe.. She's a cute, funny young lady.. Brother teased me that soon I will have "3" kids to look after. keke..

4.) Jason and I had our thalassemia DNA results, we don't have that genetic problem, so Kayden is a carrier of the disorder. Hopefully, his condition will improve as he grows up...

5.) Kayden went back for his routine check at KKH today. It's a QUICK check today. Don't know is it bcos of the H1N1 case in KKH, and the hospital personnels are working faster than usual. From blood test to payment, lasted only 1hour, past checkups, could last for 2hours and more.
Doctor said Kayden can stop taking blood test in future, cos from today's test, it seems that he has this stable percentage of low blood count, 11% for past 1year. Though it's not even in average range, but she don't see any "danger" with this issue, as long he's growing well. So he just have to go back for his growth checks every 4-5mths instead of every 1-2mths. & what a bad timing, Kayden's recent illness made him lost some weight, and his weight today is the same as taken 1mth ago, 8.2kg. Doc at first had that worried look, but when I told her he had fever, she gave a sigh of relief. hehe... Though he slimmed, but he grew taller, 3cm in a mth time, he's 77cm tall now.. Doctor said he's small for his age, and with his disorder, so have to monitor his growth cos of iron deficiency. We have to meet up with a haematology specialist in 2weeks time too.

6.) Kieron's blood test hasn't come out yet, thalassemia society's nurse said that we have to wait for another week.

7.) Kayden is having his 2 lower side teeth out at the same time, yeah. same time.. He's really grouchy these days, he don't have much appetite and been biting his own finger. & his grouchiness is making me frustrated too. hahaha.. Sometimes I have the urge to pull those 2 newly surfaced white teeth out from his gum.

8.) Kayden likes to talk, he's able to express himself very well. Tho his words are still baby language, but he can express himself with high n low tones, just like how we pronouce our words.

9.) Recently, These 2 brothers been fighting every morning ever since my brother lent Kieron his DS Lite. Kieron be playing it, and you can see Kayden pulling Kieron's top or snatching the DS by force. When I confiscate the console, both will give me that pitiful look. TOO BAD... I will just continue my work and they continue with other sources of fun. haha..

10.) Last of all, today is my youngest brother's 21st birthday. Just finished cake cutting with him. He had celebration with his friends yesterday, so just simple cake cutting with us tonight . Kieron been excited about it since he first saw the birthday cake, he been asking "when can we eat the cake? when can we cut the cake?" keke.. Chocolate cake.. MY FAV!!!
